Our counselling takes place every Friday (10am-2pm) and covers all issues related to living in the UK. Counselling is combined with support for Ukrainian families.

West Earlham Community Centre
Norfolk Polonia CIC is a non-government organisation operating in Norwich since 2018. We aim to help immigrants from EU countries living in the East of England (Norfolk/Suffolk). In 2021 we became West Earlham Community Centre managers, providing essential support to Polish and minority ethnic people (free general advice, English lessons, cultural events) and activating the local community.

Pawel Jelenski, Dorota Darnell and Hanna Jaskiewicz.
Many volunteers also work with us.
We cooparate with Norwich City Council, MP Clive Lewis, the local police, the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in London, the Polish Shop JASIEK, Polish Schools in Norwich, Ipswich and Thetford, as well as UK organisations such as GYROS, Leeway, NCLS and Norfolk Citizens Advice
As an organisation, we have received grants from organisations and institutions such as Norwich City Council Get Involved (2019), Better Together Voluntary Norfolk (2019), Norwich City Council Get Growing (2021), Macmillan Cancer Support (2021), Norfolk Community Foundation (2021), Norfolk Garden Trust (2021) and bridging support during the COVID-19 pandemic from the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in London (2020).

General, free advice and referrals take place on Fridays, from 10 am to 2 pm in cooperation with HelpHub; matters such as Universal Credit, PIP, pensions, council house applications, issues with employer or landlord. Advice in English with an interpreter.
The duty is held twice a year in official cooperation with London's Consular Department of the Republic of Poland. The next duty is planned for the last quarter of 2022.
All groups meet in our building - West Earlham Community Centre.
AA Group
Meetings are held on Mondays from (19:30-21:00). Please get in touch with Piotr (07590365969).
Fitness Group
The fitness group is led by instructor Agnieszka (07739548210) on Tuesdays (18:15-19:15) and Saturdays (9:15-10:15).
Table tennis and cancer support group
Meetings are held on Sundays (15:00-18:00) and are led by Grzegorz (07590365969). Macmillan organisation funds the meetings.
Amateur football team
We run football meetings for a fun day out in the park off Britannia Rd, on Fridays from 6pm. Contact Pawel (07492012200).
